To celebrate DD’s first year online, we took some of our favourite pieces from the year and put them into the DD Annual 2016/17: a collection of fiction, poetry and essays from each theme and month throughout the year, and a true celebration of female writing in all forms.

We’ve had the best first year, publishing writing by over 45 contributors, building a vibrant mailing list and meeting so many brilliant women. We couldn’t think of a better way to top it off than by turning their brilliant words into a beautiful print edition.
